DJ Lithium is a legend in the underground trance world and is dedicated to the vinyl medium and art form of vinyl DJing.
As the co-founder and head DJ/Producer and mastering engineer of Black Tiger Recordings which he and long-time friend and production partner Earl Von Bye started in 2002, DJ Lithium is known worldwide, having launched several producers’ careers, pressing them to 12″ on Black Tiger Recordings.
A former long-time resident of Vancouver, Canada – DJ Lithium now resides back in the United States of America in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Here he continues to mix up sets and produce tracks as DJ Lithium, The Mars Resistance Front, and is one half of the Earl & Majors (he’s Majors) production team.
With his vinyl debut release of the highly acclaimed and chart-topping (9 weeks at #1 on Juno.co.uk trance vinyl chart) “Hellspeak” EP in the spring of 2014, DJ Lithium continues on his musical journey, which started over three decades ago.
Over the years he has mastered countless tracks for release on 12″ and digital. He has quickly gained a reputation for having a set of “golden ears” and is increasingly being sought out by dance music producers globally to have their tracks mastered by him while also providing production and mix-down advice.
